The main evidence that all Sentience beings incl animals, birds, fish, humans, non human animals equally have "non-physical indestructible spirit energy" is known from this that until aether gets inside the being & energises the brain  & other breathing , thinking organs,& thereafter choices manifest/ made by the respective being,  there is no manifestation of activity, affection or  affableness across species ;


Once the aether gets into a Sentience being, it activates/ energises the peptides, biomolecules , nerves, brain, heart etc & thereafter the aether with blend of choices  of being , becomes unique consciousness & is non-physical indestructible spirit energy of the respective being.

The aether is already non-physical indestructible eternal energy, in undifferentiated state, however when enters the being & the being makes choices , the energy gets unique / differentiated / personal id consciousness .


There is no power in matter to make non physical indestructible spirit energy, it is from beyond .

Matter herein referred to inherited body organs,  brain capacity in beings. .  . aether enters & activates it,  and
