Suffering

The sufferings of another is not an opportunity for serving oneself ;  Transmutation or changing the cause of suffering enables changing the results ( suffering), unless ofcourse the sufferings are due to stances for truth (and in this the evil stances are lessened by resistance to them ). Nuclei atomic structures also change/ transmute  when causes are replaced, and different results are experienced and yielded.
