Poverty indicates a Lack of Essentials, Inability to know how to enable the Necessary for Existence, not knowing how to Use Resources optimally and General sense of Hopelessness;

Poverty could be of mind, morals, economics and health.

Poverty makes :

Evil become Leaders,

 the Just beg before the Cruel , 

Reign of Terror, 

the True are falsely alleged and are neglected,

Resource squandering,

Capabilities underused or overexerted,

Applying of stamina in wasteful or Inessential thoughts and Activities wherein Thought Leadership is dismal and

  Future disasters.
